Payment must be upfront, Partial pay is accepted if the starting price is at 500+ ; work will not start til the commission is paid off. (Animated Commissions will be a different story and will be discussed through messages)
I will send out an invoice through Paypal once i've read through and accepted your form and/or read though inquires ; Will DM/Email back to you afterwards!
I have the right to decline commissions if the character/design is too complicated or doesn't fit my artstyle. Sorry
Refunds are ok! if I happen to cancel I will pay back in full ; If you happen to request a refund and I've already started on your piece, depending how far I've gotten with it, I'll only hand you back a partial refund and send you the work i have done. (depending on the detail work that's been added in)
DO NOT spam me with messages about if your commission piece is finished yet. If you haven't marked on the form for a WIP image, then don't bug me. If it would happen to take me more than 1-3+ months i will send over a WIP.
Do not ask me to remind you when i stream your commission piece. There will be days where i'll have internet issues or i want to work offline. Livestreaming is draining and i wont stream when its convenient for you.
